Finance & Human Resources Manager

As the Finance and HR Manager, Mike supports the financial, human resource, and office administration systems to ensure all basic business functions run efficiently and effectively. These essential organizational systems support the entire Wilderness Inquiry team to ensure high quality and cost effective programming goals are met on a daily basis.

Prior to joining Wilderness Inquiry, Mike worked in the mental health field and brings over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, focusing on driving growth in mission-driven organizations. She loves the outdoors because it’s the only place where getting lost is part of the plan— and because nature doesn’t email or text. Working at Wilderness Inquiry allows her to support and channel that same spirit of adventure into supporting impactful experiences for others.
