Join the Okee Dokee Brothers on this paddle down the Mississippi River. You'll hear many of your favorite tunes, including songs from their most recent album "Songs for Singin'"!
Day trips are an introductory half-day canoe experience. They're a great way for you and your family to experience our community and its wild places from a whole new vantage point.
We provide 10 person North canoes, safety and paddling equipment, experienced guides in every boat, and a shuttle. Please bring weather appropriate clothing and a bag lunch, and, if you would like, a small picnic blanket -- maybe your dancing shoes too. Day trips involve and engage everyone regardless of their age, ability, or previous outdoor experience.
Proceeds from this event will provide scholarships for schools and youth groups to experience outdoor adventures for the first time.
