Overview
Chester, PA, is home to the William Penn Landing Site, marks the spot of the first landing of William Penn on the territory of Pennsylvania. As part of the Federal Urban Waters Partnership, Chester is part of a watershed scale effort to clean the river and its environs. Wilderness Inquiry paddlers will experience how clean up efforts a helping rehabilitate the waterway in their community and beyond.
