Beth Finch

Board Member

Beth Finch is the founder of CharterSource, a provider of back-office services to charter schools. She is the former Board Chair of KIPP Minnesota (2010-2015). She is also a founder of Lake Country Academy, a Pre-4K through 8th grade school based in Wisconsin, which consistently scores in the top charter schools in the state.

Beth is a board member on a Minneapolis Foundation subsidiary, Great Minnesota Schools, which focuses on supporting the addition of 30,000 high-performing seats in Minneapolis. Her passion and the cornerstone of her work is to support schools in the effort to eradicate the achievement gap in Minnesota.

She is a graduate of the College of Saint Benedict.
