Justin Mortenson

Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, Justin assists with the logistical needs of the organization. Whether it is at their facilities in the Twin Cities, or base camp near the Apostle Islands, Justin works with his team to ensure all aspects of Wilderness Inquiry’s trips run smoothly. With so many different adventure opportunities, it's a tall task to keep track of all the equipment needed to serve more than 25,000 people each year. Not only does he help ensure our participants have a safe trip, but a memorable one as well.

Prior to working at Wilderness Inquiry, Justin spent time with the Conservation Corps. It was this experience of working with youth in the outdoors that drew him to Wilderness Inquiry’s organization and mission.
