Katie Welshinger

Katie was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MN and as a typical northern Minnesota girl, has a love and passion for the outdoors. She enjoys swimming in lakes, hanging out in her hammock, hiking, camping, or planning her next adventure. She will be joining the staff as a Programming and Operations Intern, as well as hitting the trail a few times over the course of the summer. Katie will be entering into her junior year at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, studying Environmental Economics. She hopes to one day work with businesses as a sustainability consultant and educate others on going "green".
