Staffing & Training Coordinator

As the Staffing & Training Coordinator, Maggie supports the recruiting and hiring of Wilderness Inquiry seasonal staff. She also plans and assists in seasonal training and coordinates staffing assignments. Maggie's work of welcome and sustained support of Outdoor Leaders ensures excellence in programs and participant experiences.

Growing up on the shores of Lake Superior, Maggie has always had a deep appreciation for the opportunity for play, authentic human connection, and growth that come from wilderness access. Through her time directing a backpacking program in Colorado, Maggie discovered her heart for working with staff. Watching the development of staff members and the impact that growth has on participants is one of her greatest joys in the workplace.
