Dotun Obadina

Board Member

Dotun is counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisition Group at Paul Weiss. His practice focuses on advising public and private companies on both transactional and corporate governance matters. He counsels clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions in a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, food and beverage, financial services, and technology. Dotun is a two-time Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow (2013 and 2020). In 2021, he was included in The Deal's list of “Top Rising Stars” and named to Bloomberg Law's “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40.” In 2022, he was named to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.” Dotun serves on the Governance, Advancement, and DEIA Committees of the Wilderness Inquiry Board.

Dotun lives in New York City, but loves the outdoors, including hiking in the Northeast. A former resident of Minneapolis, Dotun has also hiked a lot in Minnesota’s North Shore.
